Pancho's Mexican Buffet is a family restaurant that was relocated to Fort Worth, Texas in January 1966. By 1969, Pancho's operated nine restaurants in Fort Worth, Dallas, Bossier City, Louisiana and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. With these stores, the company had more than 350 employees.

Today, there are 35 company owned and operated restaurants and three additional restaurants owned by licensees. This brings the number of employees to approximately 1500. Even with a company of such proportions, we still pride ourselves on making fresh, authentic Mexican food in our kitchens every day - throughout the day - to ensure that our customers have the best tasting, freshest food possible. Simply stated, Pancho’s is a wonderful place to work at any level, whether it be at one of our locations or in the Corporate offices.
